| Talk to the Blast Furnace Foreman in Keldagrim and ask about Dragon metal. Choose the option to buy a blast fusion hammer and buy it for 1,000,000gp (1m).

After talking to the foreman once the option will be "Ask about blast fusion hammers".
Level 92 is required to use this hammer to make a dragon plate (but you can buy this hammer at any level). Player assist will also work.
If you use this hammer on the foreman instead of making a plate, he will give you your 1,000,000gp (1m) back. The three armour pieces required to make the dragon platebody are the ruined dragon armour lump, shard and slice.
