Location:	Found in Peer the Seer's trial house in Rellekka during the Fremennik Trials Quest. Search the boxes on the 1st floor to find it.
Uses:	Has no useful purpose, it's a red herring! You can use it with the vase, but it will not work to remove the key from the vase.
Notes:	You lose it when you leave the house by either door.
