Notes You must have completed the Scorpion Catcher quest to access this feature. To get a mystic elemental staff, you must supply the corresponding elemental battlestaff as well as the fee of 40,000. If the Seers' hard task set has been completed, the fee is dropped down to 27,000.
Location South west of Seers Village, south of Ranged guild. In the top floor of the tower that has magic trees in the yard.
