Location:	He can be found near Falador lodestone during the Invasion of Falador event, and also just south of the south Falador gates.
Notes:	He is the image of the Lord of the Kinshra, leading the invasion in spirit. The player can ask him questions about this attack, and he is also one of the NPCs to talk to in the miniquest from the Research notes.
