Location:	North of Falador, during the Tribute to Guthix event.
Notes:	Runestax is the keeper of the Tribute stone, north of Falador. If 100,000 essence was placed on the Tribute stone during the Tribute stone it would become a permanent prayer altar and summoning obelisk. Praying at this altar will regenerate both prayer and summoning points. The goal of 100,000 essence has been met on or just before April 1st, 2013. Also see Memstix.
