Location:	During the 2014 Christmas event he can be found in Lumbridge crater.
Notes:	During the 2014 Christmas event he gives players a sack of presents to deliver one present to an NPC a day. The player will receive a festive paper from the NPC which is given to Santa in exchange for a festive lamp, the paper is added a giant cracker in Lumbridge crater.
