Location: In a sunken ship off Dragontooth Island, use a crowbar to dig through the mess at the bottom of the ship to find this during the Rocking Out quest.
Uses: Give it to Bill Teach on his ship (at Port Phasmatys or Mos Le'Harmless) to receive his mark.
Notes: You must wear a fishbowl helmet and diving apparatus (made during the Recipe for Disaster - Pirate Pete subquest) in order to dive to the sunken ship.
