Location: Reward from Horacio upon completing the Back to My Roots quest. Also received after each successfully slaying of the vine when wild.
Uses: Plant it in the jade vine patch. Using supercompost and paying Horacio 10 wildblood hops to watch it are optional. The grown vine is the focus of the Jade Vine Minigame to regularly earn xp.
Notes: If you lose your seed, or your vine dies, talk to Horacio to get another. When the vine matures, check it to earn 1500 farming xp. Subsequently it can be pruned for farming xp, or when completely wild it can be fought with a hatchet and then cut down with secateurs for 2500 slayer xp. Then it can be replanted.
