Location:	Player-made by using the Bottom of the sceptre with the top.
Uses:	One of the pieces to complete the Skull Sceptre.
Notes:	If you completed the skull sceptre, you can use it to teleport yourself to barbarian village five times before it crumbles. If you assemble the skull sceptre wearing Varrock Armour from the Tasks System, it will teleport you 10 times.
