Made by:	Smithing 3 Gold bar - requires level 50 Smithing and gives 30 Smithing xp.
Uses:	Wear to access the Arzinian mines, in Keldagrim. Inside there are 146 Gold Ores in the form of rocks and veins. There is also the Arzinian Beast of Bordanzan inside, which you must kill for the quest. The only way to get out of the mines is to take off the helmet. The Golden mining helmet can be used to access the Mines as well.
