Location:	Can be acquired from the minigame Player-Owned Ports by using 100 chi, 50 koi scales, and 1 gemstone kaseki with at least 92 Runecrafting.
Made by:	Runecrafting 100 Chi globe and Gemstone kaseki and 50 Koi Scales -PoP- - requires level 92 Runecrafting and gives 30000 Runecrafting xp.
Uses:	Used as a melee weapon, and has an off-hand variant, the Seasinger makigai.
Notes:	Requires unlocking of all four pieces of the "seasinger wand/orb" eastern scroll. This weapon takes 10 hours to degrade and can be repaired at any stage of degradation. Full repair cost is 2500k coins. Crafting this item also grants 5,000 experience in the Crafting skill. When you craft this item in the PoP workshop, bonus xp will apply (if you have some in either the Runecrafting or Crafting skill).
