Location: Obtained by killing 700 aberrant spectres while wearing a mask of stench. The mask will then transform into the helm.
Uses: While wearing this helm, it will keep track of the amount of aberrant spectres killed.
The 'Transform' option will change the player into an aberrant spectre for a short while.
Notes: It can be changed back and forth to a mask of stench by using the 'Change look' function.
This helm has the same teleport options as the mask of stench.
This item can be reobtained from Diango's Toy Store in Draynor should you destroy it/lose it (at a cost of 10,000 coins), with the same progress as before.
