Location: Obtained by attempting to check the white, red or blue jewel for curses (requires 90 prayer).
Uses: After Kharshai upgrades your Balmung, changing your jewel to a green jewel changes the axe to a viridian Balmung.
Notes: It cannot be taken out of Kharshai's chamber, if you leave or log out it will be removed from your inventory.
