Location:	Obtained by finding all 5 Easter Eggs in a single hunt during the 2012 Easter Event. Only members can find all 5 Easter Eggs in a hunt.
Uses:	When you rub it, it will give you a chance to increase any skill. The amount of XP gained is the skill's level times 10.
Notes:	Functions exactly like the random event lamp.
