Location: Found randomly when opening a gold chest in the Shades of Mort'ton Minigame.
Uses: Use this on a piece of the Dagon'hai set with 10 fine cloth to make the corresponding piece of Necromancer gear. The fine cloth is used up in the process and you gain 250 crafting experience.
