The right click 'charge' option charges the box with runes from your inventory. The box can be used with an elemental staff or with other runes in your inventory. |

Required level 30 Dungeoneering, level 30 Magic and level 30 Runecrafting to wield. When you equipped this item, your spells had a chance of doing additional damage. This item was removed from the game with the Evolution of Combat update on the 20th of November 2012. |
