Uses	This item will randomly transform into one of the available volatile tools. Once transformed, the tool you receive will give you 2.2x the regular experience.
Notes	After a certain amount of experience gained using it in the related skill (depending on your level), the random tool will revert to a volatile tool. (Every 10% of charges.) You can then transform it again, which will give you another random tool. If you do not want to use that tool, you can transform it again, but you will sacrifice 10% of the charges (the same as if you used the tool.) When the charges are completely used up, it will disintegrate.
