Location	With a Small crystal seed in inventory, use the right click Sing-glass option on the singing bowl inside the dungeon (Glorie's cave) under the Tree Gnome Village where Yewnock's machine is to make a Crystal chime. With a Crystal saw in inventory, use the right click Revert-crystal option on the signing bowl to turn it into a Small crystal seed then use the Sing-glass option.

Uses	Have it in your inventory while fighting Warped Terrorbirds and Warped Tortoises to make them vulnerable to attack. As of 8th June 2015, it can be added to the Slayer Belt for convenience.
Notes	You can use the Revert-crystal option on either singing bowl to return it to a Small crystal seed.
