Uses Use to locate the Earth altar (which is just north-east of Varrock) and use to enter the mysterious ruins. Can be used as a secondary item for the Moss titan pouch in the Summoning skill.

Use this item on a Wicked hood to unlock the earth runes and earth altar teleport options with it. The talisman cannot be taken out of the hood once consumed.
Notes Can be bound with a tiara to make an earth tiara.
Can be bound with a talisman staff to make an earth-talisman staff.
Can be made into a omni talisman if you show this talisman with all other Runecrafting talismans to Wizard Elriss in the Runecrafting Guild.
