Uses	When unarmed, these gloves will occasionally increase the damage done by spells and reduce the melee stats of your opponent by 10% of their current level. The effect will still reduce stats when the hit it activates on is a miss.
Notes	The gloves will degrade after 10 hours of combat. Once the gloves have fully degraded they will disappear, and another set will have to be claimed from the strange face in the Dominion tower. If dropped due to death, 50,000 coins will appear on the ground in place of the gloves. When equipped, they have a 5% chance to deal up to 125% spell damage, bind your opponent for 5 cycles and reduce your opponent's combat stats in Legacy, and in EoC this effect can be triggered by auto-attacks and basic abilities.
