Uses	Use to locate the water altar (which is in the swamp south of Lumbridge) and use with the mysterious ruins to enter the altar. A secondary item for a geyser titan pouch for the Summoning skill. Using it to make a tiara earns Runecrafting xp. Can also be used to make mud runes. Use this item on a Wicked hood to unlock the water runes and water altar teleport options with it. The talisman cannot be taken out of the hood once consumed.
Notes	Can be bound with a tiara to make a water tiara. Can be bound with a talisman staff to make a water-talisman staff. Can be made into a omni talisman if you show this talisman with all other Runecrafting talismans to Wizard Elriss in the Runecrafting Guild.
