Location:	Can be bought from other players (this isn't recommended - since its much quicker to go the respawn than find a seller), north-west of Varrock castle just beyond the city walls (near the earth rune respawn).

Uses:	Worn in the shield spot for fighters, to give them a stronger defence against range and melee attacks, can be useful for low level f2p mages since it has little weight and gives Defence to all combat styles - whilst giving no attack negatives.
