Correction:

Lesser demons are vulnerable to magic and ranged attacks. As with all demons, Silverlight and Darklight deal increased damage to them, though you are typically better off using regular weaponry instead.

During the Do No Evil quest, in the final battle with Eruni, you must slay summoned lesser demons in order to inflict damage to her.

During the Dragon Slayer quest, the lesser demon encountered in Melzar's Maze will drop a special key.
*The Demon horn is only dropped once the fifth combat job for your God Emissary has started.
