Notes An upgraded version of the Kalphite Queen, see the guide as the same tactics can be used to kill it. The Exiled Kalphite Queen summons exiled kalphite marauders and guardians during the fight, however these can be mostly ignored.

The Queen has two forms. In the first form she uses protect from Magic and Ranged, meaning she can only be hit by Melee attacks. Her second form uses protect from Melee, meaning she can only be hit by Magic or Ranged attacks.
