This creature is immune to poison.

She will summon Elite defilers which attack you and your allies as well as drones which heal her. The drones are unattackable.

She has a special attack that deals heavy damage and kills many of your allies. Using abilities that stun in conjunction with wielding Korasi's sword while she is charging prevents this attack.

Protection prayers will not give full immunity to the pest queen's attacks but will reduce the damage taken significantly.

Please note that the term herb refers to ALL grimy and cleaned herbs and the term herb seed refers to ALL herb seeds aside from Goutweed tubers. Please do not send in reports with specific herb drops or specific herb seed drops. More information can be found here.
