Location:	Bought from Xuan in Burthorpe or Varrock for 4,250 Loyalty points.
Uses:	Boosts your range accuracy by 3%, but it does not work in PVP combat.
Notes:	Once activated it will last 1 hour and then it will require 3 hours to recharge. If you lose or destroy this aura you can get it again free of charge by talking to Xuan, doing so while it is recharging will reset the recharge time to three hours. While wearing an aura, you cannot initiate or accept duels in the Duel Arena.
