Location:	Before Blood Runs Deep, Queen Sigrid can be found on the first floor (second floor USA) of the Etceteria Castle, in the Throne Room. Afterwards, she can be found on the first floor of the Miscellania Castle, in the Throne Room.
Notes:	You can talk to Queen Sigrid to retrieve Balmung should you lose it.
