Location:	Created by adding an earth rune to a decorated mining urn (nr).
Made by:	Activating Decorated mining urn (nr) and Earth rune - gives 1 Mining xp.
Uses:	Collects slivers while mining level 85 or below ore.
Notes:	Once a level 85 or below ore is added it will turn into a Decorated mining urn. You cannot manually add ores with the "Use" option.
